On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at approximately 3:00 AM, the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 3100 block of Levin Street in reference to a battery. Officers arrested 60-year-old Terry Gullette Sr. for one count of aggravated assault domestic abuse and one count of aggravated battery. The victim sustained minor injuries.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
