Alexandria, LA for release (8/27/24)
On Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at approximately 2:50 AM the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 5400 block of Provine Place in reference to two individuals suspected of breaking into vehicles. Responding officers located the two suspected burglars and detained them. Officers subsequently arrested 20-year-old Demond Anders of Baton Rouge LA and 22-year-old Jakobi Nicholas of Baker LA with one count of Vehicle Burglary. Stolen items from the vehicle burglary were found in their possession.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
