Alexandria, LA for release (1/15/26)
On Wednesday, January 14, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, the Alexandria Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop in the 1800 block of Kelly Street that resulted in the arrest of 38-year-old Cortez Dotson for multiple drug and weapon violations. Dotson was charged with three counts of possession of CDS 2 with intent, one count of possession of CDS 1, possession of CDS 4, felon in possession of a firearm, and warrants through APD and RPSO.
