Alexandria, LA for release (1/14/24)
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at approximately 8:08 PM the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 500 block of Solomon Street in reference to shots fired. Within minutes of this call, two individuals, each suffering from a gunshot wound arrived at a local hospital.
A search of a vehicle related to this incident yielded suspected marijuana and a gun. 18-year-old Xavier Walker from Pineville, LA was arrested for one count of Possession of CDS I with intent and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
