On Thursday, November 2, 2023 at approximately 3:00 PM the Alexandria Police Department arrested 26-year-old Ladarius Hicks in connection with the October 20, 2023 shooting on Kelly Street. Hicks was charged with four counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
