The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. Jamya Welch is a 15-year-old black female, 5’2”, 110 lbs. Jamya Welch was last seen on July 2, 2023, in the area of 3rd Street and John Thomas Street in Alexandria LA.
