UPDATE: The juvenile has been located
The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. Shaniya Osteen is a 13-year-old black female, 5’4”, 120 lbs, with blue braids in her hair. Shaniya Osteen was last seen five days ago in the area of Monroe Street near Kent Avenue.
