Alexandria, LA for release (11/20/25)
On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 8:35 p.m., the Alexandria Police Department responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 5100 block of Third Street.
The driver, identified as 35-year-old Keisla Johnson, was traveling northbound in the right-hand lane when, for reasons yet to be determined, her vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree. Johnson was transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
No other vehicles or individuals were involved, and there are no indications of impairment at this time. Routine toxicology samples were obtained and will be submitted.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
