Alexandria, LA, for release (6/15/26)
On Sunday, June 14, 2026, the Alexandria Police Department arrested 29-year-old Taylor Weatherspoon in connection with the homicide reported in the 2400 block of Cummins Street on June 8, 2026. Weatherspoon is charged with one count of second-degree murder. The Alexandria Police Department would like to thank the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab for its assistance with this case.
