On Saturday, April 11, 2026, at approximately 11:45 AM, the Alexandria Police Department responded to a stabbing in the 2500 block of Monroe Street that sent one person to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
The Alexandria Police Department has identified the suspect in this case as 33-year-old Christopher Farris. Farris has an active warrant for his arrest for one count of attempted manslaughter. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Christopher Farris is asked to call the Alexandria Police Department. Farris should be considered armed and dangerous.
