Alexandria Police Department Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspect

The Alexandria Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in two recent armed robberies.

The first incident occurred on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 1:54 a.m. in the 2000 block of North Bolton Avenue. The second incident took place on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, around 4:30 a.m. in the 100 block of MacArthur Drive.

In both cases, the suspect is believed to be the same individual. The suspect was wearing all black clothing, a ski mask, and was armed with a handgun. Surveillance footage from both locations is being reviewed and has been made available to assist in the identification.

The Alexandria Police Department is urging residents to closely examine the released images and video footage. In addition to physical appearance, the public is asked to pay close attention to the suspect’s voice, as this may assist in recognition.
