On Saturday, May 4, 2024 at approximately 8:15 AM the Alexandria Police Department responded to single vehicle crash that took the life of 21-year-old Deasia McNeal of Alexandria LA. McNeal was traveling north bound on I-49 and was attempting to exit onto the Pineville Expressway when her vehicle left the roadway and overturned. McNeal was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
