Alexandria, LA for release (3/17/24)
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, at approximately 5:30 PM, the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 800 block of Ola Street in reference to an individual suffering from a gunshot wound. Don Butler, Jr., 20, of Alexandria was transported to a local hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. Autopsy results in this matter are pending.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
