On Saturday, July 20, 2024, at approximately 10:50 PM the Alexandria Police Department responded to a local hospital in reference to a person that had been shot. The shooting took place in the area of Levin Street and Essie Street. The shooting victim sustained moderate injuries.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
