UPDATE: The juvenile Kennedy Bowie has been located and is home.
The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kennedy Bowie, who has been reported missing. Bowie is described as a black female, 5’1”, 160 lbs. Bowie was last seen in the 4600 block of Hargis Street on Monday, May 19, 2025.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
