UPDATE: Juvenile has been found.
The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old juvenile, Joshua Powell. Powell is described as a black male, 5’9”, 150 lbs., and was last seen on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in the 1000 block of MacArthur Drive.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
