Update: The juvenile Elliot Barnes Jr. has been located and is home.
The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with locating 9-year-old Elliot Barnes Jr., who has been reported missing. Barnes is described as a black male, 5’0”, 100 lbs. Barnes was last seen on July 1, 2025, in the area of Olive Street and 23rd Street.
