UPDATE: Andre Flowers-Batie has been located and has returned home.
The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing juvenile. Andre Flowers-Batie is described as a 15-year-old black male, 6’1”, 220 lbs. Andre was last seen on Saturday, March 22, 2025, in the area of 6th Street and Fred Loop.
