Alexandria, LA for release (11/10/24)
On Sunday, November 10, 2024, at approximately 12:25 AM the Alexandria Police Department responded to the 2200 block of East Sycamore Street in reference to a shooting. Responding officers located a deceased person with an apparent gunshot wound. The name of the deceased is being withheld at this time, pending notification of the next of kin.
This is currently an ongoing investigation.
